Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Commitment to patient care and professional judgement.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with patients by providing personalized, compassionate pharmacy care.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription services with clinical conversations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and partners to deliver strong patient outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and patient experience.
• Participate in clinical initiatives and community programs, including point-of-care testing, women's health, and med take-back.
• Advocate for patients and act as a trusted healthcare resource.
