Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in AR
• PharmD or equivalent degree
• Experience with compounding infused drugs
• Experience evaluating/monitoring drug therapies for home care patients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• On-call availability optional (low volume)
• CPR+ software experience is a huge plus

Responsibilities

• Accept and dispense prescription medications
• Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns
• Ensure medicines are within the law and appropriate for patients
• Advising patients about medicines, dosing, interactions
• Provide consultations on prescriptions and non-prescription meds
• Educate patients on device handling and measurements
• Supervise pharmacy staff and manage inventory
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
