Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our hospital-based pharmacy team in Georgia. You will provide drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers to support safe and effective therapy.

Responsibilities include advising on interactions, contraindications, and drug information, serving a diverse patient population, and participating in oncology services. The pharmacist will work 3x12h shifts/week with a weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Preferred: 1 year hospital pharmacy experience.
• Preferred: Oncology pharmacy experience; strong communication skills.

• Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers.
• Advises on drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy.
• The Pharmacist will be working 3x12h shifts/week plus every fourth weekend rotation.

Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advises the same with respect to drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Serves all patients to include, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

The Pharmacist will be working 3x12h shifts/week plus every fourth weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
