Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist in Colorado Springs, CO to join a contract assignment with potential to hire. This on-site role requires dispensing medications accurately and counseling patients under applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) verified.
Active Pharmacist license required.
On-site work in Colorado Springs, CO.
Attendance required for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in compliance with regulations.
Counsel patients on dosing, storage, side effects, and interactions.
Monitor medication compliance and communicate with providers.
Maintain patient records and pharmacy documentation.
Prepare compounded medications and sterile solutions (as applicable).
Support pharmacy workflow and inventory, supervising technicians/clerks.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe patient care.
