A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join a Long-Term Care client in Colorado Springs. This full-time position focuses on medication safety, clinical knowledge, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–7:00 pm, with possible Saturday coverage before year-end. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities to impact resident care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in the state of practice, in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of prescription medications, medication safety, and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and pharmacy support staff.

Responsabilités

• Review, dispense, and verify prescription medications in accordance with applicable laws.
• Identify potential drug interactions and compliance issues.
• Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, storage, and side effects.
• Maintain confidential patient records and pharmacy documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, interns to resolve medication-related issues.
• Monitor medication adherence and identify misuse patterns.
• Compound medications and prepare sterile solutions when required.
• Maintain inventory and ensure medications and supplies are properly managed.
• Provide guidance and oversight to pharmacy staff.
