The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or equivalent, is licensed, and has compounding experience. A 9pm–8am shift is required, with a 7 on/7 off pattern. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaborative care.

Competenze

• PharmD or equivalent degree is required.
• Licensed by the state pharmacy board.
• Experience with compounding is required.
• Acute care/home infusion experience is a plus.
• Proven record of evaluating and monitoring drug therapies for home care patients.
• 3rd shift schedule: 9pm–8am; 7 on/7 off.

• Accept and dispense prescription medications.
• Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns.
• Ensuring that the supply of medicines is within the law.
