Job summary
Community Medical Centers in Fresno/Clovis CA is hiring a licensed pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. You will deliver basic and patient-centered clinical pharmacy services, provide drug information, and monitor therapy to ensure safe and effective medication use.
You will review orders, supervise staff, and serve as a drug expert to physicians and nurses, contributing to quality assurance and patient safety.
Qualifications
- California pharmacist license is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
Responsibilities
- Provides delivery of basic pharmacy services and patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services.
- Reviews all drug orders and checks work by ancillary personnel.
- Serves as drug expert and consultant to physicians, nursing staff and hospital personnel.
- Provides quality assurance review of drug utilization for hospital committees and department.

- RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
