Community Medical Centers in Fresno/Clovis CA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Supervisor to oversee daily department operations and clinical activities. You will respond to service deficiencies and support performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs.

The role requires supervision and evaluation of staff, HR tasks, and training on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with licensure and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• 5 years experience as a staff Pharmacist.
• Valid State of California Pharmacist License.

Working supervisor responsible for overseeing the daily operations and clinical activities of the department. Responds to service deficiencies, participates and supports performance improvement efforts that improve quality and reduce cost. Ensures operational and clinical functions are in compliance with professional practice, licensure, accreditation and regulatory standards. Extremely competent in all responsibilities of a clinical pharmacist. Accountable for the supervision and evaluation of staff in accordance with staffing needs and established goals. Performs human resource tasks, and trains staff on policies and procedures, standards and competencies.
