Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Fresno/Clovis, CA is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide basic and clinical pharmacy services within our hospital. You will review orders and advise physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe medication use.

Qualifications

• RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required

Responsibilities

• Provides for delivery of basic pharmacy services and patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services
• Reviews all drug orders and checks all work completed by ancillary personnel in the department
• Serves as drug expert and consultant to physicians, nursing staff and other hospital personnel
• Provides quality assurance review of drug utilization throughout the hospital for various medical staff committees and the department
