Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join a small Hospital and Retail Pharmacy team, providing inpatient and retail coverage with involvement in SNF and Emergency Department care.

You will collaborate with a Chief Clinical Officer Pharmacist and other Staff Pharmacists to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care across settings. The role offers a competitive salary range of 140k-175k plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Residency trained or 3 years of postgraduate pharmacy experience.
• Experience with critical access hospital and retail pharmacy settings.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to supervise support staff.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50% inpatient and 50% retail coverage.
• Oversee medication inventory in the Emergency Department.
• Serve an average SNF census of 85 patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.

Overview

Staff Pharmacist | $140-175k

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at a small Hospital and Retail Pharmacy. With a focus on both inpatient and retail coverage, you'll also have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Emergency Department. As part of a team that includes a Chief Clinical Officer Pharmacist and Staff Pharmacists, you'll collaborate to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50% inpatient and 50% retail coverage
• Oversee medication inventory in the Emergency Department
• Serve an average Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) census of 85 patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Provide clinical consultations and medication therapy management
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies

Schedule

• Day shift
• 8's or 10's
• Absolutely no call or weekend work!

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary range: 140k-175k
