Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Pharmacist to perform medication management, ensure safe therapy, and support cost-effective care in a multi-site Ohio setting. You will review orders, supervise staff, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree, current license, and experience in pharmacy practice. Night shifts, 7 on/7 off schedule, and travel between locations are involved.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD (required).
• License to practice as a pharmacist in state(s) where practicing.
• Experience in pharmacy practice and clinical review.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and provide medication review for appropriateness, safety, and efficacy.
• Oversee distribution and ensure timely medication availability.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory security and assess adverse medication events.
• Provide patient education and collaborate with care teams.
• Travel between locations as required.
