Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy in Utah is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead a team of pharmacists and technicians in day-to-day operations, including dispensing specialty medications and supervising workflow.

You will hire, train and develop staff, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, monitor performance, and drive improvements. This role follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with on-call responsibilities in Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant pharmacy leadership experience.
• Utah Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensures as required.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispensing operations in the fulfillment center.
• Verify data entry and order information in the system.
• Oversee Pharmacist-in-Charge compliance with laws.
• Schedule staff and monitor workflow.
• Develop staff skills and provide performance feedback.
• Handle staff escalation and cross-functional projects.
• On-call responsibilities as needed.
