Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Staff Pharmacist in Sioux Falls, SD to lead dispensing, counseling, and immunization services in our retail pharmacy. You will manage daily operations, support patient care, and contribute to safe, compliant workflows under the Pharmacy Manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices to improve patient health.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support inventory management and protect cold chain products.
• Provide compassionate patient care and assist with insurance/medication issues.
