Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the pharmacy team in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, following workflow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support immunization services and patient counseling to improve health outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies.
