Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate dispensing.
- supervise the pharmacy team when manager is unavailable.
- Counsel patients and support immunization, testing and prescription needs.
- Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
- Oversee inventory management and protect cold chain products.
