CVS Health Corporation is seeking an on-site Staff Pharmacist in Plymouth, MA for a full-time role. You will lead the pharmacy team, ensure accurate dispensing, and support immunization services and patient care, under the Pharmacy Manager’s guidance.

You will also help maintain inventory, follow safety procedures, and work with the broader CVS Health team to improve patient outcomes while respecting regulatory requirements. Anticipated hours are 40 per week.

Competenze

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

• Living CVS Health values and leading the pharmacy team with care and accuracy.
• Oversee pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts when needed; coach and follow-up with staff.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day duties and scheduling as the primary pharmacist-on-duty when required.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Provide immunizations and clinical care in line with permissible programs, supporting team and patient needs.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and resolve insurance/medication issues.
