Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy is required, PharmD preferred.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant state (good standing).
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, leadership exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7 pharmacist team in a long-term care setting.
• Oversee PV and order verification workflows and accuracy.
• Coordinate clinical clarifications, billing calls, and escalations.
• Monitor metrics, staffing, and performance; drive process improvements.
