Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
- Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
- Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a private, federal, or state health insurance program upon hire and thereafter.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated leadership as the pharmacist-on-duty and drive pharmacy success.
- Set priorities and support the team while engaging customers and associates.
- Deliver best-in-class pharmacy services including counseling and MTM to improve health outcomes.
- Mentor others on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Advance clinical initiatives such as MTM and immunizations at the assigned location.
- Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs.
