Job summary

The role requires active pharmacist licensure in the state, an active NPI, and compliance with DEA exclusions; you will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to maintain high standards and patient safety while delivering comprehensive clinical care.

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Act as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts and coach the pharmacy team.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and maintain safety guardrails at every workstation.
