Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and safely.
Counsel patients and provide immunizations where permissible.
Support Pharmacy Manager and oversee the pharmacy in their absence.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and CVS Health policies.
Maintain patient care quality and contribute to a compassionate shopping experience.
