Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

Dispense medications safely and counsel patients; administer immunizations as appropriate.
Support Pharmacy Manager and oversee the pharmacy team during shifts.
Oversee prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures and safety rules.
Provide compassionate patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team.
Identify and resolve insurance and medication issues proactively.
Maintain inventory controls, including cold chain management and safety.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and CVS Health policies.
