Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in Massachusetts.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Provide compassionate patient care and immunization services where permitted.
• Coach and supervise pharmacy staff and support the Pharmacy Manager.
