Responsibilities

• Oversee Nonsterile Operations and Pyxis management.
• Coordinate day-to-day production and minimize waste.
• Lead staff including pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Develop and review SOPs for Non-Sterile Processes.
• Respond to incidents; manage inventory and scheduling.
