Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our on-site team in a full-time role. You will dispense medications, provide patient counseling, immunize where allowed, and support store operations under the Pharmacy Manager's guidance.

The ideal candidate holds a active pharmacist license in the state, a valid NPI, and complies with all regulatory requirements, ensuring safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service to our customers.

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
Taking direction from the Pharmacy Manager and overseeing the pharmacy as their proxy during bench shifts and providing feedback on team performance.
Assumes Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty and ensures safe prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
Proactively offering immunizations and supporting Pharmacy Technicians to learn to immunize while maintaining patient safety and high service standards.
Managing pharmacy inventory with focus on cold chain products and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
