Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing services.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and oversee pharmacy team during shifts.
• Lead pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with state Board regulations.
• Deliver patient care with empathy and resolve insurance/medication issues.
• Support inventory management and cold chain protection.
• Ensure ongoing staff coaching and performance feedback.
