Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on tasks and pivot as needed to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient needs.
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues, active listening.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate prescriptions, days supply, and bottle counts.
• Issue Resolution: handle challenging interactions and choose best course of action.
• Physical Demands: lift and move items, stand for long periods, reach, and perform precise tasks.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years in pharmacy/retail or customer service, willingness to work at multiple locations.
