Qualifications

Be actively enrolled in a US school of pharmacy.
Hold a current state issued Pharmacy Intern license.

Responsibilities

Promote trust and respect among associates; create a welcoming environment for customers; answer questions about products and services.
Gain knowledge of pharmaceutical products and discuss with customers and prescribers.
Provide drug counseling and assist with over-the-counter recommendations.
Input patient and prescription information accurately into the pharmacy computer system; dispense medications.
Contact prescribers’ offices for authorization; process third-party insurance information.
Assist with immunizations under the supervision of the pharmacist; stock and manage inventory; ensure safety and compliance.
