Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Springfield is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a PRN days role, you will refill and maintain automated dispensing systems, prepare orders, and support inventory management in a fast-paced hospital pharmacy.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, Missouri Board license in good standing with PTCB-CPhT or Pharmacy Intern, CPR certification, and a dedication to patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• License: Registered with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy in good standing and PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacy Intern.
• Certifications: CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
• Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
• Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
• Repackages bulk medications.
• Non-essential functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Springfield is60-bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions. Our Unit is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!
