Job summary

First Databank, Inc. (FDB) is seeking an Informatics Pharmacist Supervisor to lead data acquisition, government pricing, and editorial activities in Carmel, IN.

The role supervises staff from Editorial and Global Government Services while ensuring data quality and timely delivery of MedKnowledge content. The position requires a valid pharmacist license, strong communication, and analytical skills; experience with Medicare billing, HCPCS coding, and AI-enabled workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in at least one state.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to reach sound, evidence-based conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data acquisition, research, and data entry for government pricing and MedKnowledge content.
• Supervise direct reports across Editorial and Global Government Services teams; set priorities and reviews.
• Review daily reports and post-production audits; manage data change reports and OnBase forms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve data issues with related teams.
• Train and mentor staff; maintain procedures and support process improvement and automation, including AI-assisted tools.
