Job summary

RPh on the Go is seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Charge for a contract role to support the acquisition of an NRL pharmacy permit in IL and MA. The PIC will oversee REG-HELD licenses, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a focused specialty compounding operation across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD, active license, and PIC experience. Location flexibility based on licensure and a Dublin, OH onsite option with schedule variations will apply.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required.
• Strong understanding of specialty compounding pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to have license held in the PIC capacity.
• Current pharmacist license in CA, IL, MA, or OH

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge in compliance with state regulations
• Maintain oversight of pharmacy operations to support NRL permit acquisition
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
• Provide guidance and leadership as the designated PIC for the specialty compounding pharmacy
