Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a pharmacist-in-charge for a direct hire role in a growing non-sterile mail-order pharmacy.

The PIC will actively engage in dispensing, patient counseling, pharmacy operations, and regulatory compliance to support national expansion, especially on the West Coast. Qualified candidates will have a PharmD, active license, and 3–5 years of total pharmacy experience, with preference for PIC or management experience and knowledge of 503A regulations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in AZ or NJ depending on location.
• 3–5 years total pharmacy experience.
• Mail-order, outpatient, community, or compounding backgrounds preferred.
• Experience as PIC or in pharmacy management is a plus.
• West Coast licensure (CA, NM, TX, NV, UT, OR, WA, CO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide thorough patient counseling.
• Supervise staff and ensure SOPs, USP standards, and FDA 503A compliance.
