Job summary

JCW Group in Florida is seeking a seasoned Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a high-volume sterile compounding operation and drive compliance across 503A/503B frameworks. You will expand licensure into new states, help grow the pharmacy team, and scale daily orders while maintaining quality and patient safety.

Active US pharmacist license with multiple state licenses is preferred; injectables experience and hands-on leadership are valued.

Qualifications
