Mixlab, Inc. in Glendale, Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Pharmacy (Pharmacist-In-Charge) to lead our Wisconsin operations, drive quality, compliance, and lab performance while spending about half of the time on the floor.

You will oversee a pharmacy staff, own the P&L for the lab, plan for growth with Finance and Operations, and partner with veterinary clinics to deliver exceptional care and a delightful customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 3+ years as PIC managing pharmacists and technicians.
• 2+ years in a compounding pharmacy.
• WI licensure in good standing; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Familiarity with USP 795 and 800 standards; non-sterile compounding training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy staff including pharmacists and technicians.
• Own the P&L for the lab; meet monthly output and financial goals.
• Drive efficiency and quality through cross-functional process improvements.
• Obtain licenses and maintain regulatory compliance with state boards.
• Provide guidance on product features and partner training with sales.
