Job summary
Mixlab is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for our Wisconsin operations to lead the pharmacy team, ensure quality and compliance, and drive lab performance. The role balances hands-on operation with cross-functional collaboration to support growth and deliver exceptional care for veterinary partners and pet parents.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Pharmacist.
- 3+ years as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) managing others.
- 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy.
- Licensed Pharmacist in WI in good standing.
- May hold licenses in other states.
- Proficient with USP Chapters.
- Formal training in non-sterile compounding or equivalent (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy team and drive operational excellence.
- Oversee pharmacists, compounding and processing technicians.
- Own P&L for the lab; ensure monthly output and financial goals.
- Plan staffing with Finance and Operations for growth.
- Drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain regulatory licenses and stay updated with requirements.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams on initiatives.
- Assist with customer service excellence for veterinary partners.
