Job summary

Clarest Health is seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge in Phoenix, AZ to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain licensure in additional states as needed to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, including DEA, Board of Pharmacy, FDA, CMS.
• Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy and service standards to meet goals.
• Enforce quality improvement and patient safety initiatives; support audits and corrective actions.
• Oversee dispensing, compounding, inventory management and technician supervision.
