Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, efficient, and complete processing and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Oversee pharmacy recordkeeping, licensing, and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review and update policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, including those at remote locations, and with Third-Party Logistics staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain all required documentation, including exception reports and regulatory records.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, QA standards, JCAHO requirements, state and federal regulations, and GMPs where applicable.
• Perform additional pharmacy-related duties as assigned.
