Job summary

Azend Pharma seeks a highly skilled Pharmacist in Charge to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure safe medication use, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership to supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff while upholding quality patient care.

You will ensure accurate dispensing, oversee compounding and labeling, collaborate with providers, and drive policies to meet state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist-in-Charge with Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Compounding license and USP guidelines experience required.
• Immunization license and current NJ pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws for practice of pharmacy.
• Oversee dispensing, compounding, labeling and accuracy of medications.
