Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and staff management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (DEA, Board of Pharmacy, FDA, CMS).
• Oversee dispensing, compounding, inventory, and customer support.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Promote quality and patient safety.
