Job summary

TheraCom is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead our Brooks, Kentucky mail order pharmacy. You will oversee the pharmacist team, ensure compliant operations, and support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.

The role emphasizes regulatory proficiency, quality, and patient safety, with licensure reimbursement and onsite leadership responsibilities, including collaboration with cross-functional partners to maintain performance and adherence to accreditation

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Kentucky.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacist experience, preferably in mail order, specialty, hospital, managed care, or high-volume pharmacy operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work onsite at the Brooks, KY pharmacy location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for the Brooks, KY mail order pharmacy location.
• Provide onsite leadership and oversight to the pharmacist team.
• Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and performance expectations.
• Coach and develop pharmacists for growth and performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee pharmacy practice standards, licensure, inspections, and reporting.
• Support efficient mail order processes and client-specific requirements.
