Job summary

TheraCom is hiring an onsite Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge for our Brooks, Kentucky mail order pharmacy. The role leads the pharmacist team, ensures compliant practice, and maintains high standards of patient safety and service.

The PIC will supervise operations, oversee licensing, inspections, and adherence to federal/state requirements, with licensure reimbursement and a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Kentucky pharmacist license or ability to obtain before PIC.
• Minimum 5 years pharmacist experience, preferably in mail order, specialty, hospital, or high-volume operations.
• Minimum 2 years leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work onsite at the Brooks, KY location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for the Brooks, KY mail order site.
• Provide onsite leadership and oversight to the pharmacist team.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and DEA requirements.
• Oversee prescription verification, dispensing accuracy, and patient safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support programs and audits.
• Lead quality initiatives and assist with inspections and continuous improvement.
