CareMetx, LLC seeks a Director, Pharmacy Compliance to lead the compliance program for our closed-door specialty pharmacy operations. Based in Brooks, KY with hybrid flexibility, you will own the framework end-to-end, including licensure, board relations, HIPAA, and accreditation readiness, reporting to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.

You will design controls, manage state board interactions, oversee privacy, and advise on Anti-Kickback/false claims concerns while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CHC or CCEP certification strongly preferred.
• PharmD, RPh, or JD a plus.
• 7+ years of healthcare compliance experience, with pharmacy operations experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain compliance controls for eligibility, enrollment, and dispensing in free goods programs.
• Own multi-state pharmacy licensure compliance and board relations, including renewals and filings.
• Manage relations with state boards; lead remediation with Pharmacist in Charge.
• Oversee HIPAA/privacy compliance and incident response.
• Serve as SME on Anti-Kickback Statute and fraud risk in hub-plus-pharmacy model.
• Maintain accreditation standards (URAC/ACHC) and audit readiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits; report to Chief Compliance Officer.
• Develop and deliver pharmacy-specific compliance training.
