Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist-In-Charge to lead the Specialty Pharmacy team in Batchelor, LA. You will manage operations, ensure safe, accurate dispensing, and provide expert patient care with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance.

This role requires a Pharmacist license in Louisiana, a Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy, and 3+ years of practice, with 2–3 years in management preferred. Strong leadership and clinical oversight are expected to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Louisiana state pharmacy board examination completed.
• Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Louisiana.
• Up-to-date continuing education requirements.
• Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy.
• Two to three years of experience in pharmacy management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services.
• Advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.
• Build relationships with local physicians and medical community for safe dispensing.
• Own pharmacy operations and drive continual improvement and development of the team.
• Stay informed of regulations and best practices in specialty areas.
