Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, as applicable to licensure requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and operational skills
• Active Illinois pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain licensure, subject to confirmation

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, dispensing, inventory, and compliance
• Provide medication counseling and support patient care initiatives
• Manage, mentor, and develop pharmacy technicians
