Qualifications

• Current Pharmacist license (PharmD required).
• 3-5+ years of retail pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with pharmacy patient management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and accurately dispense prescriptions while ensuring compliance and patient safety.
• Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, medication storage, and ordering processes.
• Maintain accurate patient medication records and profiles.
• Provide patients with education, guidance, and excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, fraud waste & abuse standards, and all pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor medication inventory to prevent shortages, expiration, or waste.
• Coordinate technician schedules and assist with performance management.
• Help build a positive, patient-focused pharmacy culture.
