Global Placement Firm is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge / Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a community-focused healthcare facility in Galena, Illinois.

The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), an active Illinois license, and 3–5 years of retail pharmacy management experience. This on-site role offers a competitive compensation package and a collaborative, patient-centered work environment.

Qualificações

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree - mandatory.
• Active Illinois pharmacist license in good standing - mandatory.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of retail pharmacy management experience - mandatory.
• Fluency in the English language - mandatory.
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians and managing pharmacy workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage prescription processing, verification, dispensing, inventory control, and medication safety procedures.
• Establish and maintain pharmacy workflows, operational procedures, and quality assurance standards.
• Monitor pharmaceutical inventory, medication storage, labeling, and expiration dates.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of patient medication profiles, prescription records, and pharmacy documentation.
• Utilize pharmacy patient management systems to support efficient operations and patient care.
