Job summary

CareDx is launching a new on-site Pharmacy in Atlanta, GA, and seeks a Pharmacist-in-Charge / Pharmacy Manager to lead licensure, compliance, operations, staffing, and quality. This executive will build a scalable, patient-centered pharmacy aligned with CareDx’s mission to improve transplant patient care.

The role requires a PharmD, an active Georgia license, and 5+ years of pharmacy experience including 3+ in leadership.

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited college; active Georgia license with eligibility for Pharmacist-in-Charge.
• 5+ years pharmacy experience, 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Specialty or transplant pharmacy experience preferred.
• Startup/expansion pharmacy experience preferred; PioneerRx experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge of record; maintain all licenses, registrations, and controlled substance records.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, including Georgia Board of Pharmacy, HIPAA, Medicare rules, and DEA procedures.
• Lead site startup: licensure, permitting, facility setup, system implementation, supplier setup, accreditation readiness.
• Develop and maintain workflows; lead inspections, audits, and survey readiness.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise staff; oversee prescriptions processing and dispensing; counsel patients and support transplant care.
• Oversee inventory, budgeting, billing, and vendor relationships; drive process improvements.
