Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfills the duties of the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) as outlined by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy.
• Provides specialized pharmaceutical services to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcomes.
• Mentors and trains others including practical experiences and students.
• Maintains liaison with medical and nursing staff and informs on drug usage, compatibility, and regulations.
• Conducts medication histories and patient care rounds with physicians to evaluate progress.
