Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active California Pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital pharmacy to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Utilize Pharmacy Informatics to optimize EHR usage (Meditech).
• Lead 340B program management and related evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies for best practices in medication management.
• Maintain readiness for Joint Commission inspections and regulatory reviews.
• Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff.
