Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Indiana (required).
• Minimum of 5 years in home infusion pharmacy preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in pharmacy operations and staff management.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Implement and enforce best practices for home infusion therapies.
• Manage inventory, storage, handling, and disposal of medications and supplies.
• Maintain documentation, records, and audit readiness.
• Supervise preparation and dispensing to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to optimize infusion therapies.
• Provide medication therapy management, patient counseling, and clinical education.
• Recruit, lead, and develop pharmacy staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Foster culture of learning and operational excellence.
• Address staff performance and workplace issues promptly.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, manufacturers, vendors, and stakeholders.
