Job summary

STG International, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee the Pharmacy's clinical, regulatory, and financial performance, ensuring safe, compliant dispensing and resident-centered care.

The PIC serves as the primary license holder and drives operational excellence and strategic growth. The role requires a PharmD, active license, immunization and CPR/BLS certifications, and 3–5 years of retail pharmacy leadership experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Eligibility to serve as Pharmacist in Charge.
• Immunization certification and CPR/BLS.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy management systems and third-party billing.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & compliance: act as Pharmacist in Charge with state boards and ensure state/federal regulations are followed.
• Clinical leadership: oversee dispensing, patient counseling, immunization programs, and medication outcomes.
• Operational management: direct daily workflow, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Financial & business: drive profitability, monitor KPIs, and identify new service lines.
• People leadership: develop staff, engage with residents and community partners.
